El Observatorio prides itself on being the “it” place to catch live music—from cover hits to salsa to funk. Along with its musical offerings, the bar also hosts karaoke Tuesdays, stand-up comedy Wednesdays and the occasional movie screening. Sip a cold beer as you take in the modern setting, complete with local artwork, and sample one of the many regional appetizer delights, such as sincronizadas (tortillas with melted cheese) or beef tacos.
