After having started two Michelin-rated restaurants, one in London and another in Cannes, chef Richard Neat now runs the Park Café in San José, which is also an antiques and imported furniture store. The restaurant, which offers an intimate setting in the interior patio of an old mansion, features such delicacies as ravioli stuffed with crab and served with curry sauce, spicy mango salad and zucchini tempura. For a main dish, try the roasted scallops wrapped in smoked salmon.
