Open since 1990, Pikayo is the flagship of celebrity chef Wilo Benet. Benet calls the food exotic criollo and draws heavily on the island’s African, Indian, Spanish and native heritage. The menu, a mix of main courses and small plates, ranges from foie gras with ripe plantains and black-truffle honey to pork-belly burgers with gouda. Originally set in the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, the restaurant is now in the Conrad Condado Plaza hotel.
