Though it’s a bit of a drive from Santa Ana, this tapas bar is a wonderful option for a date night or celebration with friends. The crowd at Sevilla is sophisticated, and weekends feature dinner shows and flamenco guitarists. The food is classic Spanish tapas: bread with aioli and tomato sauce for dipping, thinly sliced cured ham, empanadas, and, of course, paella and sangria.
