Sarasota-Bradentongulf coast getaway

Located directly on the beach behind the Ritz-Carlton Members Beach Club, this is a great location to sip on a beer, wine, mixed drink or frozen mai tai and enjoy the view. The Tiki Bar has a limited menu, but the drinks are strong and there’s always live music on the weekends. Formerly known as Azure Tides, this is the oldest tiki bar on the beach in Sarasota and it almost didn’t survive when the Ritz-Carlton came into town. The Ritz-Carlton wanted to tear it down, but the locals fought to keep it and due to their efforts you are still able to enjoy the rustic Sarasota landmark and its friendly bartenders. The Tiki Bar is a favorite spot among locals and travelers alike, especially in the winter when they set up fire pits on the beach for sunsets and gatherings.
