Boasting a selection of more than 100 craft brews, including a rotating tap of 21 or more, The Distillery attracts beer aficionados as well as travelers looking for a late-night bite. The restaurant’s distilling ties go back to 1904 when its building originally opened as The Kentucky Distilling Co. and later became The Louisville Distilling Co. The restaurant’s pub fare, inspired by the beers showcased, includes finger foods like fried pickles, burgers and seafood baskets.
