What this decades-old, no-frills restaurant may lack in style, it makes up for in flavor. Expect a bountiful buffet-spread of traditional Malay dishes, including popular Nasi Padang, not to mention long lines at lunchtime. It’s worth the wait though—even chef Anthony Bourdain agrees (he featured the restaurant on his television show). Just make sure you come hungry, because this is hearty food.
