While the island is full of beachfront bars, there are not as many nightclubs with late hours and a genuine dance floor with plenty of elbowroom. That’s what makes Tavern on the Waterfront so unique: it’s a little bit of both. Harbor views can accompany a glass of red wine (the list is mostly French and California wines) during Friday-night jazz. French and Polish cuisine—from perogies to escargot—is on the menu should you desire a late-night snack.
