This fine-dining restaurant inside Bluebeard’s Castle, a historical property dating back to the 1600s, offers a nighttime view of not only the sunset but glittering Charlotte Amalie too. Since opening in 1997, owners Liz and Jerry Buckalew (who hail from the U.S. Northeast) and chef Patrick Bellantoni (who previously owned a restaurant and nightclub in Westport, Connecticut) have focused on Mediterranean foods with a Caribbean twist.
