Owner Corinne Van Rensselaer is a watercolor artist, carrying her own works (not just originals, but prints and notecards of each are for sale too) at the gallery and also those of artists who dabble in other mediums. Oil paintings, glass pieces, photography, clothing, jewelry and folk-art pieces for sale are inspired by the surrounding water and tropical foliage, which shows in each artist’s personal intepretation. Since 1996 The Color of Joy has been in its current location, serving as a venue for regional artists to sell their wares.
