The idea for this highly addictive burger joint started nearly fifty years ago. But it wasn’t until 2006 that Square One opened its doors, and it has had a hard time closing them ever since. The place is committed to serving customers their personal favorite burger, so Square One created a step-by-step process starting with the meat itself. Choose from buffalo, Kobe, Angus, or, for the non-beef eaters, turkey and veggie burgers. Then, choose your topping, ranging from 10 different kinds of cheeses to unexpected choices, such as Southwestern Angus chili or fried jalapenos.
