With a James Beard nomination, this Seminole Heights eatery buzzes with excitement. Owners Greg and Michelle Baker have created a seasonal, locally sourced menu that changes every Thursday, as well as a rotating beer and wine selection to compliment the food. A chalkboard in the restaurant displays the local farms that ingredients were sourced from that particular week. Recent menu items have included a grilled cheese with triple cream brie, grapefruit, mustard greens and red onion marmalade, and a rosewater pound cake with red wine strawberry jam and coriander crème fraiche.
