This popular, one of-a-kind, high-end department store is a favored shopping destination among locals. Nelle Shields Jackson opened the original Miss Jackson’s in 1910, selling hats and lingerie. As her stylish reputation grew, so did her store and its selection. Today, the store sells designer brands such as Alice + Olivia, Burberry, Diane von Furstenberg, Joe’s Jeans and more.
