Stroll the booths tended by local farmers selling their just-picked produce, plus plants, flowers, art, crafts and baked goods at the Farmers’ Curb Market.

10 a.m.
Zip down Elm Street to downtown Greensboro. I love to browse all of the great vintage, antiques and specialty shops.
Noon

Have lunch at Southern Lights Bistro, a Greensboro tradition. Enjoy the scrumptious tomato basil soup.

Hop over to the Weatherspoon Art Museum for one of the leading collections of 20th- and 21st-century American art in the Southeast.
6 p.m.

Head to the Undercurrent for dinner, and don’t miss the sautéed halibut with couscous.
