Acclaimed chef Gert Jan Hageman found an old greenhouse and saved it from being demolished by buying it and turning it into his newest restaurant, De Kas. Diners can sit inside the glass-walled structure or outside in the herb garden and enjoy a five-course meal based around ingredients harvested daily.
