Billed as one of the world's highest open-air bars, the 63rd floor of State Tower offers some of the most dramatic views of the city, and of course the drinks are priced accordingly. While you don't need reservations, it can get busy around sunset, so be prepared to wait downstairs while the heavies control the numbers.
