Husband-and-wife team Bongkoch Satongun and Jason Bailey serve a modern take on classic Thai cuisine at their chic new restaurant, Paste. While the food is rooted in the culinary traditions of Thailand, it’s not restricted by it, allowing the chefs to prepare innovative, bright and deeply complex dishes. The menu changes frequently based on what they can find fresh in the markets, but you can expect dishes such as mangosteen salad with scallops and roasted chilli jam, twice-cooked tamarind pork belly with green mango and basil, and green curry with grouper and king prawn dumplings.
