Never made it to elBulli before it shuttered in 2012? No worries, you can still try legendary chef Ferran Adrià’s modernist cuisine at Tickets. You’ll find sophisticated and modern takes on classic tapas, plus some of the greatest hits from elBulli, such as Adrià’s famous spherical olives—a solid orb that looks like an olive, but remains liquid on the inside. Reservations must be booked online well in advance (we’re talking months, but never hurts to see if they’ve had a cancellation).
