So you might not be able to nab a reservation at what San Pellegrino considers the World’s Best Restaurant (that would be El Cellar de Can Roca, located about an hour northeast of Barcelona), but have no fear. The Roca brothers opened a less exclusive (only one Michelin star) restaurant at Hotel Omm. Though it’s a seen-and-be-seen kind of place, this place does modern riffs on traditional Catalan cuisine that are simply stellar. Try the smoked pigeon carpaccio or lamb shoulder with roasted garlic and manchego cheese (or opt for a tasting menu, which starts at €87, about $118).
