The beauty of the Dublin Mountains takes on a new level as the backdrop to a relaxing game of golf. Ideal for amateur golfers, this public course offers nine challenging holes with several tree-lined fairways, manicured lawns and a driving range. Visitors can choose to play a round of nine or 18 holes—when you’re finished, stop by the clubhouse pavilion for a drink and refreshments on the veranda, which overlooks the ninth green. Founded in 1980, the facility was one of the first of its kind to open in County Dublin. Note that prices are higher on weekends.
