An impressive number permanent and interactive exhibits take children inside a treehouse, shiny yellow VW bug, pretend café, post office, bank and more. Rotating exhibits explore a variety of topics, such as an animal clinic for stuffed animals and a rescue operation with role-playing opportunities for future firefighters, helicopter pilots and doctors. On Thursday evenings the admission price drops to $1.50 a person, a sweet value if you happen to be in Grand Rapids on that day.
