The barstools are made of old saddles and the walls are bedecked with antique ranch gear, but the Old West vibe at the Cowboy Bar is no affectation. This place is the real deal, and summertime tourists crowd the dance floor next to locals in boots and Stetsons to two-step the night away. Drinks are strong, fights are not unheard of and the place gets crowded thanks to the music on the weekends. This place is a Jackson institution.
