You’d be forgiven for doubting that some of the best Thai food outside of Thailand is found in rural Wyoming, but locals and savvy outsiders have been onto this local institution for years. Once a ramshackle shack in downtown Jackson, the family-run restaurant opened a glitzy new space at the edge of Teton Village in 2010. A full bar complements favorite dishes such as Thai street ribs and curried duck. Simply put: This is a classic Teton pig-out.
