A chef-driven hot spot with a small, contemporary dining room, Trio retains an intimate feel even though weekend nights here can be lively (and the wait's long). Seasonal menus include grown-up, regional specialties such as elk Bolognese and trout almandine, but chefs Will Bradof and Paul Wireman have fun, too, with creative pizzas and a signature plate of blue cheese waffle fries.
