Hapuna Beach is one of the largest and nicest beaches on the Kohala Coast, and possibly on the island. During calm seasons, swimming, bodysurfing and snorkeling are ideal here, and there’s plenty of gorgeous white sand for sunbathing and other beach activities. Bring along a picnic and enjoy it in one of the pavilions or take a hike along the coastal trail. Some helpful amenities include restrooms, drinking water and lifeguards.
