Many of the beautifully served dishes found at The Fish Hopper center around local ingredients, steak and seafood from sustainable sources in Hawaii and also flown in from California each week. While overlooking the azure ocean of Kailua Bay from the restaurant deck, enjoy a fun mixed drink such as the Loaded Bloody Mary (served with giant prawns and local organic vegetables) or a drink served “on fire” such as the Volcano, Bucket of Fire or Planters Punch, each made with exotic juices. Gluten-free options are available.
