On a cold Wisconsin night, Jolly Bob’s is a tropical escape inside a small cinder block building that would be easy to miss if you didn’t know it was there. Inside, attractive bartenders armed with blenders whip up concoctions with names such as Pain Killer and The Purple Meanie. The festive atmosphere, which spills onto the back patio in summer months, is pumped up by regular DJ’s holding court on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays after 10 p.m.
