Bartending is an art form at Merchant, also home to an urban grocery stocked with local produce, meat, cheese and bread used in the kitchen. A team of “mixologists” creates a rotating menu of craft cocktails using ingredients such as house-made Hibiscus-Lavender Liqueur. The selection of tap beer from local breweries also changes seasonally, and the first Monday of the month is “Absinthe Night.”
