The name of this dimly lit, narrow bar—which has no sign out front and no listed telephone number—is Norwegian for “night play.” On most nights, live DJs take over the scene at 10 p.m. and revelers dance where they can if the spirit moves them or tuck themselves into wooden booths beneath red Chinese lanterns. The lack of a television adds to the watering hole’s cool vibe.
