Part of the gorgeous new Yabu Pushelberg-designed boutique hotel Las Alcobas, Dulce Patria is must-visit shot of culinary joy. The 80-seat eatery is helmed by celebrated chef Maria Ortiz (of Aguila y Sol) and features favorite traditional Mexican dishes imaginatively and lovingly reinterpreted for the adventurous modern palate. The hotel also houses Ortiz’s high-end restaurant Barroco, which is also chock-full of fresh, inspired dishes, and is much harder on the wallet.
