The menu at El Bajio features food from the legendary Miss Carmen "Titita," and is about as close to an authentic home cooked Mexican meal as you'll find. For more than 40 years, this cozy spot has kept patrons stuffed with traditional breakfast (the chilaquiles topped with spicy pork ribs is killer), lunch and dinner. For a satisfying meal in a bowl, try the sopa de fideo, a chicken soup chockfull of shredded chicken, avocado, cilantro and jalapeno. Excellent barbacoa tacos, cure pork enchiladas and black bean empanadas, too.
