Behind the Garibaldi train station is Isola, an up-and-coming neighborhood inhabited by the city’s artists, bohemians and musicians. The place to go to hang out with said artists and musicians is the Blue Note jazz club, where the likes of Maceo Parker, Matt Bianco and Anne Ducros have played. Show up one hour before the concert to score a table for dinner and dine on mozzarella ravioli or braised beef shoulder with a chocolate sauce to the sounds of drums, sax and bass.
