Boasting one of Milwaukee’s most romantic settings, deep in Lake Park, executive chef Adam Siegel (a James Beard award-winner) is at the helm, employing classic French techniques with the finest of ingredients. Start with foie gras poele accentuated with black-pepper crème fraiche and hazelnuts followed by grilled hanger steak with bistro fries dipped in Bearnaise sauce. End on a sweet note with crepes stuffed with bing cherries and dark-chocolate mousse and drizzled with port-wine sauce. Sunday brunch is a locals’ favorite for celebratory events.
