This is Milwaukee’s only rooftop restaurant, and the interior replicates a European bistro, with a market stocked with six-packs of beer and to-go foods, plus delftware pottery and travel guides for that corner of the world (Benelux: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). Signature regional dishes—such as pannenkoeken (crêpes), bitterballen, mussels and the best frites you’ve ever had—paired with one of 30 beers on tap transport you to the lowlands of Europe in an instant.
