The best restaurant in Montreal’s Mile End neighborhood, this small space has a stripped-down décor and laid back vibe, but the food is nothing short of elegant and refined. Chef Marc Cohen cooks with British style, serving simply prepared dishes such as quail and clams, smoked mussels with cucumber and dill, and ox tongue with butter beans and goat’s curd. Tap the knowledgeable sommelier Etheliya Hananova for great wine pairings.
