New to Montreal’s booming restaurant scene, Maison Publique came into the spotlight with a bang. Chef Derek Dammann partnered with his old boss Jamie Oliver, to create this meat-centric gastro pub with an old-school British tavern vibe. There are well thought out beer and cocktail options (and a smaller menu of wine), interesting pub grub and brunch Brit-style.
