If you appreciate great music, you must visit the Grand Ole Opry for a concert and tour. It opened in 1925 as a radio station, slowly morphing into a barn dance show and then into a small concert auditorium. The Grand Ole Opry now is much larger and resides just outside of downtown Nashville, home of country music. Concerts at this historic venue are unique there is no headliner; instead multiple, diverse country music performers play per concert. Before you go, be sure to book one of the backstage tours to sneak a peek at what happens behind the scenes.
