If the colonial elegance of this French restaurant seems like it was plucked from the set of a James Bond movie, it was (kind of). A previous iteration of Café Martinique appeared in the 1965 film Thunderball, and the restaurant has been resurrected to fit the ethos of a current Bond film. The second Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant on Paradise Island (the other being Dune), this is a good spot for a splurge dinner of sautéed Dover sole or grilled rack of lamb.
