What better gift for loved ones back home than a piña colada rum cake from this downtown Nassau institution. The cakes are baked and then marinated in Don Lorenzo rum. Yum! Each cake even comes with a “jig of rum syrup” that you can pour over your cake or even over ice cream. (And if you forget to buy a cake, or eat it before you get home, you can also order them online.)
