However, there’s one spot we can all agree on: Xi’an Famous Foods. This fast-paced, tightly-packed shop does some of the most phenomenal hand-pulled noodles stateside. Don’t skip the spicy lamb cumin burger. At $3 a pop, it’s amongst the best cheap eats in the city.
