A little slice of Miami in Nice, this contemporary beach bar and restaurant immediately became the place to be seen when it opened a few years ago. Part of the Hi hotel, it features beach furniture for lounging and watching the sunset with a tropical drink in hand. The sushi and other food comes from a Michelin-starred Japanese chef. As night falls, the lounge music switches over to a DJ with a lively electro soundtrack.
