The grande dame of the Nice restaurant scene, this pricey, Michelin-starred historic landmark is located in the iconic Hotel Negresco right on the Promenade Anglais. The exquisite wood-paneled dining room features furniture formerly owned by Marie Antoinette—and you very well may feel like her while dining here. The much-lauded modernized Provencal cuisine is the only hint that you are not actually dining in an 18th-century palace.
