Serving up a chilled selection of 20 unique mojito recipes, Mojito Lab offers a taste of the Cuban tradition with a stylish Parisian twist. In addition to a cast of juggling bartenders, Mojito Lab also grows 10 different types of its own mint, ensuring the drinks are as fresh as they are tasty. Living up to the on-trend energy of the city, the bar is bathed in a neon green light and features steel tables that have large touch-screen computers built-in for perusing the menu, or even for viewing a global satellite map. If you're interested in learning how to muddle the mojitos you've sipped on, the bar also offers a Mojito School.
