Contemporary cuisine is set in an equally modern space at V Zátiší, complete with bold-patterned walls, velvet chairs and unusual light fixtures. The restaurant drums up an interesting combination of Czech and international flavors, offering a "double pleasure" concept that pairs two different sauces with meat and fish dishes. Indian chef Mahavir Kanswal presents his creations from the tandoor, with signature dishes such as tandoori home smoked salmon with spiced vegetables, tomato chutney and aubergine raita.
