This restaurant was opened after and modeled on chef Ana Luiza Trajano’s book project of the same name, which explored Brazilian foods in every region of the country. The sleek two-level bistro serves, as you might expect, a rotating menu of regional Brazilian dishes and sometimes street food, though with a contemporary twist that has drawn accolades from food critics around the country. The daily multicourse lunch specials are one of the best deals in town.
