Maybe the hottest restaurant in a city full of hot restaurants, Mani is run by model-turned-chef Helena Rizzo and husband Daniel Redondo, who met while in the kitchen of Spain’s Celler de Can Roca. Dishes such as roast beef in a lapsang souchong crust and asahi fruit sorbet on a layer of guarana berries and banana slices are among Brazil’s most creative culinary concoctions. Not to be missed.
