If going mach three with your hair on fire is your modus operandi, you’ll want to ride the Maglev Train while in town. The fastest train in the world reaches speeds of 269 mph. Not only are the train cars uber-modern, the Maglev Longyang Road station comes as close to being a space-age wonder as earthly architecture can. There’s even a Maglev museum on the first floor of the station, which contains most of the history and technology of the super-speed train. You’ll see the “Birth of Maglev” here, as well as exhibitions about the technology behind the train and the routes it can whisk you along, one of which includes from the airport into the city.
