You can always expect the best at The Peninsula hotels, and Sir Elly’s is no exception. Modeled after Shanghai décor of the 1920s and ’30s, the fine dining restaurant has a colonial, Art Deco vibe. Chef Arnaud Berthelier presents an array of international flavors in dishes that really push the envelope (in a successful way). The open-air 14th floor terrace has unbeatable panoramic views of the city’s most famed architecture.
