Modernist cuisine spills from the kitchen into the bar at Tippling Club. Choose from two prix fixe menus (either seven or 12 courses). Chef Ryan Clift's beautifully plated courses, such as razor clams with purple garlic and Waygu short ribs, pair perfectly with Australian mixologist Matthew Bax's craft cocktails and wine selections (each course will arrive with a drink; pace yourself accordingly). If you don't feel up to a full meal, order a few snacks and cocktails in the bar. Maria's Relish, featuring mezcal, blanco tequila, coriander, basil and cherry tomato is killer.
