Not your average diner, Frank’s is a converted presidential railroad car. Originally a Seattle mainstay, the diner was adopted by Spokane when the eatery lost its land lease and has since become the city’s favorite breakfast hotspot. Sit at the counter or in the small train booths and try a hobo scramble with three eggs, sausage, cheddar, tomato, peppers, onion and toast with hash browns on the side.
